When I have a bit of time, I take the opportunity to go and look at some of the older E-Learning Heroes Challenges. This particular challenge focuses on developing screencasts and software simulations.
This was a sample that I had previously made for my students at Holland College on how to access their student email. Students are notorious for not checking their college email – it is probably one of the most common comments I hear from other faculty members. I’m not sure that this resolved the problem with my students but at least they couldn’t tell me that they didn’t know how.
